Step By Step Process On How To Generate Your CBN Reference Number For Deposit of Old Naira Notes

Following the circular and mandate that citizens across the federation are you deposit their old naira notes for new ones at the central bank of Nigeria pending the circulation of the new naira notes and likely overlook of the extension of date for continuous use of the old notes.

The CBN across all states has said to have it's gates opened from 8 a.m. - 2 p.m. daily for the deposit of these old notes but with due procedures of filling out a form providing vital information either online and generating reference or filling out the form at CBN.
N.B: Deposited money is expected to be transferred into depositors account after 4 weeks of the deposit.

2. Customer BVN;
3. BVN Name;
4. BVN Phone number;
5. BVN email;
6. Bank name;
7. Account number;
8. Account name;
9. Depositor's phone number;
10. Depositor's email
11. Depositor's address;
12. Amount of #200, #500, #1,000;
13. Total deposit.
