Muslim Scholars View On Celebration of Halloween In Saudi Arabia

Penned by Habila Ishaq

Dear Nigeria Salafiyyah,
I think you people did not see what happened at Saudi Arabia some days back?
Seriously, I was so surprised when I heard that Saudi Arabia organized Halloween some days back, and I did not see a single Nigerian Salafiyyah to come out and fight against this action or to come out and enlighten and explain this evil action did by Saudi government to Muslim Ummah.

I believe that everybody knows that Saudi Arabia is the holy and purely glorified city for all Muslim Ummah. If you don't know before go and know, and have it in your mind that Saudi is the holy city that belong to all Muslim Ummah and it is compulsory for everyone of us to protect it if truly that we love our beloved Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W).
Few days ago the Saudi General Entertainment Authority organised a festival called "Horror Weekend". This is not a private party! This was organised, sponsored and promoted by the Saudi government.
This is MBS’s 2030 vision of liberalising Saudi Arabia and turning the country away from Islam.

But ‎Saudi and Nigeria Salafiyyah forbids Mawlid of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ because it is more ‘evil’ than celebrating Halloween in their minds. Even Nigerian Salafiyyah always calling those people that are doing Mawlid Nabiyy different bad names, such as; Elebo, Khafir, Jahil, Ahl-Nari and Ahl-Bi'da, but Halloween festival is permissible in Islam abi, gbogbo yin ti ya were.
Now If we see any of you coming out and saying nonsense or abusing our Shaykh because of Mawlid Nabiyy or Sufi, wallah we'll not make it easy for you people.

However, I use this medium to call Muslims all over the world to stop this Saudi government and fight against this present government of Saudi Arabia on this action.
What's your opinion on this subject matter?
