Indecent Dressing Is A Temptation, Don't Blame The Offender

The word "R@¶E" has lately being receiving high publicity, it's no other than as the results of reported cases from various parts of Africa especially.

The cases of r@¶e is also being reported in many other countries year in year out with most victims being the females. But the case in some African countries lately is more disturbing as the female victims are minors abused by way elder men and onwards in some cases even brutalized or killed.

In Ghana about last week, a 3 month old baby was reported to have being abused, as the culprit was caught, similar cases have being reported more rampant in Nigeria.

So many people said from their perspective that it could be as a result of the current corona virus pandemic situation with precautions of the total lockdown and social distancing, that many men have lacked intimacy and as such are in dire urge. 

Some others suggested alternative means of satisfying such urge by visiting the necessary outlets rather than abusing the female gender.

But to some other perspectives, they say, indecent dressing is the key factor and causative of the whole situation female folks find them self in these days. Following the common quote; "the way you dress is how you get addressed", it's no doubt that indecent dressing would definitely laud indecent approaching, such as the case of r@¶e.

Most ladies these days have taken to being half naked as fashion, as most young ones are even of the doing that they are emulating their role models whom they look up to.

The offender on the other hand is just someone who is need to satisfy certain urge at certain time and as results in temptation of indecent dressing falls victim being in such circumstance.

But all these said, the main question remains who really has the blame? Is it the females who have lately decided to make indecent dressing the new fashion way by exposing most of their body in dressing? Or the male of whom is naturally made to be attracted to and aroused by such indecent views and lose control?
