N-power Recruitment (3rd Batch): Registration Date & Details


Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development on Saturday said the enrollment of the beneficiaries of the ‘Batch C’ will enable more Nigerian youths to access the N-Power program.

The N-Power scheme was inaugurated by President Muhammadu Buhari in 2016 under the National Social Investment Programme (NSIP).

Alas after the long and anticipated wait, finally the federal government has put it into final consideration to continue the popular youth assisting Npower program which had kicked off since 2016 of the President Muhammadu Buhari regime, with 2 batches of about 500,000 youths said to have being empowered and earning.

According to sources of information, the Minister for Information, Mrs. Sadiya Farouq whom initially had the motive of scrapping some of such empowerment schemes due to the financial situation of the country and now even more with the Corona virus pandemic.

Mrs. Farouq finally was said to have passed the verdict, announcing that the third (3rd) batch of youths would be empowered as Npower is starting new registration on the 26th of June, 2020.
