According to TMZ, Tommie is facing some serious time in jail for child abuse. She's been indicted on multiple charges of child abuse for an incident that occurred in October 2018.

The indictment, which was filed in the state of Georgia, writes that Tommie went to her young daughter's middle school to disrupt her class, smacking her hands with her purse strap before she slapped the girl across her face, dragged her across the hall by her hair and threw her into a metal locker.

In the indictment, Tommie is facing seven total charges with three of them being felonies. If she's convicted on all seven charges, she faces a maximum sentence of 54 years in jail.
