Dr. Mohammed Goge on Saturday, shared this inspiring story of a First Class graduate, from a poor family, who makes a living as a chicken dresser in Yobe, while awaiting his NYSC. The young man, Ali Shuaibu Baba graduated from Yobe State University this year. His family’s source of income is from slaughter and dressing of local chickens. It was through the business that he paid his school fees. I think the biggest critical thinking error of women of my generation is that in striving to “have it all” they don’t take the necessary first step of asking, “do I want it all?” The whole cliche presupposes that “it all” is a desirable thing. To me, “having it all” seems bulky and cumbersome. It would be stupid to split my time and energy up among a bunch of things when I could focus my undiluted attention on a select group of things that I really care about. So then, why isn’t this piece titled “Successful PEOPLE Don’t Fall In Love?” Because, when men fall in love, they get a wife. When women fall in love they get a husband. Despite idealism, the reality of these two paths is very disparate. For men, falling in love is an asset, for women it is a sentence to hard labor. I have no interest in marrying a woman, but I would love to have a wife. They cook and clean for you, remind you when it’s your mother’s birthday, and shoulder all the biggest burdens when it comes to raising kids.

Following the completion of the champions league round of 16 draws, The teams involved will witness a first after UEFA confirmed the introduction of Video Assistant Replay (VAR) last month. The governing body confirmed in September they would begin using video replays in their flagship club competition from the start of the 2019-20 season. However, UEFA earlier this month confirmed VAR would now also be used in the knockout stages of the Champions League. VAR will also be used next year at the Nations Leagues finals and in the finals of the European Under-21 Championship. “We are ready to use VAR earlier than initially planned and we are convinced that it will be beneficial for our competitions as it will provide valuable help to match officials and will allow us to reduce incorrect decisions,” said Uefa president Aleksander Ceferin. The recently embattled comedian, 39, is listed on Forbes’ World’s Highest-Paid Comedians of 2018 list, with a total earnings of $57million. Hart trailed just $500,000 behind Jerry Seinfeld. The current king of comedy has dominated the list since it first began in 2006. He only lost once to Hart in 2016. For all the commotion around  Avengers: Endgame  and the many details that directors Anthony and Joe Russo refuse to reveal, it’s easy to forget that even they don’t totally know exactly what will and won’t be in the  Avengers: Infinity War  sequel, with the movie currently in post-production and with some way to go before the editing process is done. One thing in particular that’s been hotly debated is  Endgame ‘s runtime, with the  Russos saying a few times now that in its current state, it remains at about 3 hours . Like we just said, the post-production process is still underway and much can change between now and release, but it seems like that  aforementioned length is still what the pair are aiming for . The Islamic police force in Nigeria’s northern city of Kano, Hisbah, says it is going to charge two women with planning an illegal wedding. The Hisbah said the planned gathering by the suspected lesbian couple is considered immoral. The women are in custody and were arrested on Monday along with 10 of their guests and the owner of the venue. The ceremony was to take place in the Sabon Gari suburb, an area set aside for non-Muslim residents of the bustling commercial centre. The Hisbah say they are charging the couple and guests under the state’s Sharia immoral act law. Under federal law, homosexual acts are punishable by up to 14 years in jail, while gay marriage and displays of same-sex affection are also banned.

AC Milan have been warned by UEFA they must break even by June 2021 or face being banned from European competition for a full season under Financial Fair Play rules. The Italian giants had successfully appealed against a ban which would have applied this season, with the Court of Arbitration for Sport agreeing they had breached the break-even requirement of the rules but sending the case back to UEFA’s adjudicatory committee to impose a “proportionate disciplinary measure” in July. The new ruling was announced on Friday, and gives Milan two and a half years to balance their books or face missing European competition in either 2022-23 or 2023-24 should they qualify. The seven-time European champions did not escape without immediate punishment, with UEFA to withhold 12 million euros (£10.7million) in prize money from this season’s Europa League, while the club will be limited to registering 21 players for European competition should they qualify in either of the next two seasons.
