In conjunction with Myschool official website, we are pleased to bring to you JAMB 2017 registration form in it's PDF template, which can now be downloaded free and printed.

The PDF template is a 2 page document that contains all the information that will be required of you to fill, before going to the Accredited CBT Center to register. Please ensure you download and print the 2 pages. DOWNLOAD HERE

Please ensure you are able to correctly fill all the information in this document before proceeding to register.

You can even attach a passport on the form using gum. Avoid using a stapler to prevent damaging the passport face.

Feel free to print this document and fill, with the help of your Parents/Guardians, elder siblings or teachers/lecturers, or anybody that can help you correctly fill the entire form.

Ensure you have checked the official JAMB Brochure (get it here) to confirm your subject combination, before filling details in SECTION 2 of the template.

Please note that this is only a TEMPLATE designed by www.myschool.com.ng, to help candidates consult with their parents/guardians at home, and appropriately fill the online registration form at accredited CBT centers.

#Registration for the 2017 UTME begins when the portal opens as from:
20th March, 2017 and will last until Wednesday 19th April 2017. While registration closes on Saturday 22nd April 2017. THIS DOES NOT MEAN YOU MUST ALL REGISTER ON 20th March. You can study this template and ensure you have properly filled every section of the form before proceeding to register.

Registration is done online and you will be personally attended to by CBT centers (please, it is advised you let professional hands handle registration for you).

Each Candidate is to collect his/her e-slip at the end of registration as evidence of registration. DO NOT DROP THE TEMPLATE AT THE CBT CENTER, ASSUMING YOU HAVE BEEN REGISTERED.
