MINISTER OF INFORMATION- LAI MOHAMMED
Minister of Information, Lai Mohammed said he was only reiterating the words of finance Minister, Kemi Adeosun who had earlier announced this. He said this was to show that the commitment of the government to improving the well-being and standard of living of the citizens remains unwavering.

Mohammed also confirmed that government had started processing for the recruitment the applications it received for the 500,000 jobs it declared available. “The process for the recruitment has started. “About 1.2 million people applied and they classified them into categories including agriculture support officers, teachers, technical officers and so on,’’ he said.
