1. Her biological name is Rachel Akosua Funmilola Garton, a Nigerian born British Ghanaian recording artist and dancer.
2. Her Debut Single “Watch My Ting Go” was the turning point in her music career. It was well received and the song earned her a nominee spot in the “Most Promising Female Act to Watch”
category at the 2013 Nigeria Entertainment Awards.
3. In An Interview, Rae Once Said She Is Always In “Mountain Of Fire” Mode when she’s driving on the 3rd Mainland Bride in Lagos. She was quoted to have said:
“When driving over third mainland bridge in Lagos, I always have to crouch down in fear of no speed limit and say a prayer. ”
4. The Singer is known to be Very Very Stubborn. She was once quoted to have said: “if I believe I am right there is no swaying my opinion.” Safe to say it’s not the best idea to get into an argument with her”
5. Lola Rae Got Herself Into The Semi Final spot in the popular British TV show ‘Britain’s Got Talents’ in 2010.
