Today April 22nd, 2016 marks the 6th the year that the Nigerian music industry lost a hero and the known originator of Yoruba (indeginous) rap OLANIPEKUN OLAITAN OLANIPEKUN popularly known as DAGRIN
He died on April 22, 2010. He was just 22 years old, but his unique style of rap music was already very popular. Here are some songs that have still being on Nigerians playlist since his demise till date:

Kola Abiola, the eldest son of Late Chief MKO Abiola, has finally spoken on his alleged marriage to Aisha Babangida, the eldest daughter of Nigeria’s former Military President Gen. Ibrahim Badamosi Babangida (IBB). IBB and MKO Abiola were friends until the latter contested and won the June 12, 1993, presidential election, but the former would later cancel the election.
