Coronavirus: Another Test of Fate or A Sign of The End?

It has being said in holy scriptures that "God shall test our fates with trials and tribulations", gat me wondering, with the continuous increase in deaths, is this one of such (Corona virus), as it was of others?

Many scholars have narrated from various scriptures on the signs that are likely to appear when the World is about to come to an end, amidst of which and most related amongst all of them is the "plague destruction".

Scientists on the other hand as well have made several calculations, predictions and guesses on the day the World shall end, many speculations have faulted but science still stands on the fact that the Earth is too old and getting over populated, as such the end is bound any time soon

Looking from a general perspective is the issue of "Global warming" which has being on the desk for years with little solution, as natural occurrences are still prevailing in some parts if the World, hence this could be judged and related to the World end perspective of the scholars and scriptures.
Before the incidence of Corona virus (COVID-19 or C19), known to us are some diseases that also had inflicted the World, though solutions were profound at the earliest and hence the diseases were not too prominent even though it had claimed lives and damages caused:

1. Avian influenza (Bird flu) caused by infection with avian (bird) influenza (flu) Type A viruses. These viruses occurred naturally among wild aquatic birds worldwide and infected domestic poultry and other bird and animal species. Though this viruses did not normally infect humans, but alas most population in the World poultry lovers and consumers, hence humans got contaminated through direct contact with infected birds but not transmission.
2. Ebola virus was another deadly disease that affected many. Ebola was one of several viral hemorrhagic fever caused by infection with a virus of the Filoviridae. The infection was known to be transmitted by direct contact with the blood, body fluids, and tissues of infected animals or people. Severely ill patients required intensive supportive care. Ebola virus disease (EVD) was often characterized by the abrupt onset of fever, intense weakness, muscle pain, headache, and sore throat.

3. Lassa fever was an animal-borne, or zoonotic, acute viral illness. It was endemic in parts of West Africa including Sierra Leone, Liberia, Guinea and Nigeria. Neighboring countries were also at risk, as the animal vector for Lassa virus, the “multimammate rat” (Mastomys natalensis) is distributed throughout the region.

The illness was said to have been discovered in 1969 and is named after the town in Nigeria where the first cases occurred, Lassa in Borno State.
And now, Corona virus another disease and this is even more serious than the previous one's, with serious medical and health precautions in place, total lockdown of countries, movement, stores, markets and all essential places that are usually crowded by people because this disease is spread at the slightest contact with infected person. Several deaths have being recorded and even still counting.

Only God knows the end to this, as this write up is just based on my personal perspective of the whole situation. So help us God
